Shoroku （昇六）

"Shoroku" offers a space with warmth and a taste that is steeped in humanity.

The owner says that Naniwa no Kui Aji means the ability to improvise to suit the tastes of the customer.

In pursuit of Naniwa no Kui Aji, which is to be savored from the first bite to the last, the restaurant does not use strong seasoning, but rather brings out the deep flavors of the ingredients, such as the bitterness and sweetness of vegetables, by taking advantage of their unique characteristics.

The restaurant is decorated in a clean, pure Japanese style, and private rooms with sunken kotatsu are also available.

"Shoroku" was awarded a Michelin star in Osaka in 2023.
