Their aspiration to continue evolving is rooted in the desire to have everyone say, "Every dish was delicious." Day after day, they wholeheartedly offer the blessings of Noto and Kanazawa, Ishikawa in a casual manner, served on Kutani ware.

"Noto Kanazawa no Sachi Ginza Furuta" has been awarded the Michelin Guide's "Bib Gourmand" distinction.
