"Azabudai Nakamura" consider teppanyaki and Japanese beef as remarkable aspects of Japanese culture. Chef Nakamura utilizes his cultivated techniques to bring out the flavors of ingredients in his dishes.

We value the refreshing feeling after a meal, and we take the time to make the dashi and the fond, which are the foundations of Japanese and Western cuisine, without using oil or seasonings when preparing the ingredients, and Chef Nakamura grills them on the iron plate with his original technique.

For the main steak dishes, Chef Nakamura offers a selection of rare Japanese beef, including Kobe beef loin, fillet, and ribeye, all carefully chosen after visiting producers. (The specific cut of steak can be chosen on the day of dining.)

Special attention is also given to dishes using seasonal natural ingredients, presenting course meals that showcase Japanese culinary techniques.

Furthermore, a selection of alcoholic beverages, including wine and sake, are available to enjoy, with sommeliers and certified sake experts having chosen these selections for your pleasure.
