Kazuaki Kimura, the chef of "Azabu Yung", worked at a Chinese restaurant in a prestigious hotel before building a career as a chef under Yuta Hara at "Shichubo Yung" a popular restaurant in Shirokane. 

While introducing an open kitchen where guests can enjoy the cooking process, Chef Kimura's utmost priority is ensuring guests enjoy the food itself, therefore he is flexible in accommodating requests regardless of the occasion.
