The owner learned the art of Chinese cooking in China before opening Noyashichi. He infuses his dishes with Japanese dashi, the essence of Japanese cuisine.

The menu features seasonal course dishes that showcase the best of both worlds. The owner also pays attention to the presentation of the dishes, using exquisite Japanese tableware that enhances the visual appeal.
