Negima （ねぎま）

"Negima Nabe" is a hot pot dish made with fatty tuna (otoro) and green onions.

Please savor the exquisite broth created by adding the umami of tuna to high-quality bonito dashi.

The otoro tuna remains tender even after simmering, and the flavor and sweetness of the tuna combine wonderfully with the green onions. Please enjoy it with a sprinkle of aromatic freshly ground black pepper.

The final soup poured over rice is a recreation of Edo-era pepper rice (koshoumeshi). It's a dish that you can eat as much as you want.
