The owner and chef, Tomomitsu Oki, trained in several restaurants such as a restaurant in small coastal towns in Brittany, the 2-star Jean Paul Jeunet in Arbois and the 1-star Jacques Decore in Vichy.

After that, he worked as the head chef at Roppongi's restaurant "Maxivin" for 6 years, honing his skills, and then opened "La's Maison Finisterre" in 2017.

The chef, who is a sommelier, proposes pairings of aperitifs and wines to suit your tastes and dishes.

We offer heartfelt cuisine while valuing the French cooking techniques and culture that we have learned over many years.
