Drawing from the popularity of "Bouillabaisse" from his training days, the owner has added his unique touches and reconstructing the dish. It can hardly exaggerate when describing it as an edible soup which accentuates the individual qualities of each ingredient. The process remains faithful to the old traditions, taking half a day to prepare the broth and meticulously crafting each dish after receiving the order.
