"JINBO MINAMI AOYAMA" is a ristorante that can be experienced through all five senses, rooted in the traditions and techniques of Italian cuisine as envisioned by the owner, Mr. Jimbo, and incorporating ingredients and culture from all over Japan to express his original, gentle, and unique flavor on the plate.

The concept is “modern Italian” incorporating a lot of vegetables. The chef himself visits farmers throughout Japan, listens to the voices of producers, feels the climate of the land, and respects the rare ingredients as much as possible.

We will cherish the present moment and provide the best possible hospitality in the form of cuisine with the feeling that "you may never encounter the ingredients at the right time again."

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Children's menu available.※Private room only: 5,500 JPY including tax (vegetable potage, pasta, Japanese beef hamburger steak, omelette, sauteed vegetables, dessert, apple juice or orange juice) Ages 12 and over. Those who can eat the same course as adults.
