The concept of Nakado in Hiroshima is to use Hiroshima ingredients extensively and let the customers experience the Hiroshima terroir.

In Osaka, “Rooots Nakanoshima” strives to be a “high-end urban restaurant” that is only possible in Tokyo and Osaka in Japan.

While maintaining Nakado’s essence, the restaurant sources high-quality, rare, and special ingredients from all over the country, offering a more luxurious dining experience.

The wine selection boasts over 500 bottles, including Grand Crus and rare collections, which you can choose from in a glass-enclosed walk-in cellar.

  We will try to accommodate your allergy or dietary preferences by replacing some ingredients, but we may have to decline your reservation if you fall into any of the following categories, in order to enjoy NAKADO’s course cuisine.

  ・Those who are extreme vegetarians, vegans, or have religious reasons that prevent them from eating most of the course ingredients.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Children who are ages 6 or older and can eat the same course as adults are only possible for “Chartered OMAKASE Course”.

  If you wish, please request a “Chartered OMAKASE Course” and fill in the details in the special notes.

• Others:

  Drinks and private room fee(3,300 JPY including tax) are not included in the course price and must be paid on site.
