Chef Eiichi Matsumoto uses seasonal ingredients unique to Kansai to offer dishes that express the local cuisine of the northern part of Spain and what he encountered during his visits to the region, using seasonings and cooking methods from northern Spain. 

When contemplating the deliciousness of Spanish cuisine, Chef Matsumoto senses the underlying foundation of Spanish cuisine, which values local ingredients and culture, therefore he combines this authentic technique with Japanese ingredients to create his dishes.

The wine selection at "DuKKAh" complements the meals, with a concept of featuring wines that have a twist of spice (accent). Enjoy the marriage of exquisite Txakoli, Galician wines, Bierzo, Rioja, cider, and sherry from southern Spain, as they enhance your dining experience.
