Yakitori Torisen （焼鳥 とり泉）

"Yakitori Torisen" pours its heart into preparing yakitori dishes, adhering to the principle of delivering the life of a single chicken as a ingredient with thankful to our customers.

We offer the the rarest breed of free-range chicken in Japan, "Matsukaze Jidori," raised in the Tamba Sasayama region of Hyogo Prefecture.

Thigh meat the first skewer in our course menu, is handed to you directly, in order to deliver the great flavors without wasting a single drop of the meat's succulent juices.

Moreover, we divide the heart into halves for sharing, and any small meat pieces that cannot be skewered are served as gyoza. The chicken broth is utilized in dishes such as zosui (rice porridge) and oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl).

Savor the dishes prepared with utmost respect for the life of each chicken in a serene setting.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time to ensure that your meal can start promptly as scheduled. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation, we regret that we won't be able to accommodate you, and it will be automatically treated as canceled.

• Dress Code:

  We kindly request that you refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or cologne when visiting our establishment. Please also inform your companions of this request.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)
