Introduction

"ortensia" offers authentic Italian cuisine with a focus on seafood dishes, prepared by a chef who trained in various regions to learn about seasonal local dishes from both the north and south of Italy.

Each season of Italy is incorporated into the menu, featuring delightful dishes such as spring's grilled wild vegetables and Scamorza cheese, and summer's fried(fritto) eel and prosciutto.

The Apulian-style Spaghetti with Bottarga, which he has a special fondness, is a specialty learned by the chef from a local mentor.

Enjoy our dishes in the warm and cozy ambiance that exudes a sense of exotic charm.
